Sweet Grass Meats
Sweet Grass Meats is a small grazing farm that produces 100% grass-fed beef and lamb, plus maple syrup and honey. They also sell non-GMO pastured pork and chicken, raised by local partner farms. Visit their farm store, open 10am – 2pm every Saturday of the year, to shop for meat by the cut. They serve Rochester customers through a monthly buying club with delivery to a central pick-up spot near Highland Park.
