The Cellar

In August 2007, The Cellar opened as a wine and tapas bar. The modern fusion, farm-to-table restaurant in the Southern Finger Lakes region is known for their unique plates-to-share and creative martini menu. They pride themselves on offering imaginative modern fusion cuisine, made in-house from scratch. The menu tends to change with the seasons, and the dishes are linked to the best locally-sourced ingredients they can find.

Everyday the culinary team at The Cellar works with local farmers, chefs, markets, and importers to bring you the freshest seasonal ingredients and highest quality meals. The Cellar also offers 40 wines by the glass and over 250 by the bottle, and original martinis and cocktails that feature house-made infusions and seasonal ingredients. The fresh, local ingredients give visitors an exceptional dining experience in downtown Corning’s Gaffer District.
