Black Squirrel Farms is the home of the first licensed black walnut processing facility in NYS. Come experience how we are making this unique North American renewable resource more accessible, useful and appreciated. Guided tours are outdoors, last 45 minutes and include a chance to crack and maple-glaze your own black walnuts. Additionally, our tour guests are welcome to come early or stay late to explore all of our self-guided site activities.
