Shtayburne Farm 

Shtayburne Farm is owned and operated by Lorin & Alicia Hostetler and family. The Hostetler family has been working with the land and cows for over four generations. In 2010, they added a creamery and farm store to the family farm. They control every aspect of their cheese creations with great care and passion-from growing the crops and milking the cows, to their unique small batch processing.

Their farmstead cheeses are made in small batches. Attention is given to every detail of their handcrafted cheese and some select cheddars are then hand waxed.
