ZiegenVine Homestead, LLC
Established in 2014 by husband-and-wife team, Randy and Allison Ziegenhagen, ZiegenVine Homestead offers goat yoga (May-September), farm stays in three rustic cabins, primitive tent camping, as well as personalized classes on cold process soapmaking, animal husbandry and more!
Private trails on the 103-acre homestead are perfect for a leisurely stroll around the property to soak in nature, wildflowers, butterflies, birds, bunnies & deer! Catch one of the glorious sunsets on the plateau. Schedule your family camping trip, girls camping retreat, or guys weekend.
Offering Goat Yoga on the Homestead since 2017, the experience offers something for everyone regardless of yoga experience or ability. In addition to typical benefits of yoga, like practice slowing down and being present, this unique opportunity offers people the chance to tune into nature and, in the process, into themselves. Try doing a pose with an adorable baby goat (or kid) nuzzling up to you without smiling. You can also schedule a goat cuddling session.
Currently offering three cabins for overnight stays on the homestead, or you can pitch your tent on the primitive tent site or bring your RV for an incredible with a view of the stars! You can decide what type of camping works for you! The Cabin in the Woods has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a cozy wood stove. With no electricity and no running water, the cabin is a great spot to get back to basics and enjoy nature. You may even see some white-tail deer or wild turkeys.
Book the Education/Gathering Spot for your private event! Check the homestead’s website for more details or contact Allison at ZiegenVine Homestead, LLC.
